As a general rule, we DO NOT accept returns or offer refunds.
If by chance we ship you the wrong item or the item(s) does not match what is in the listing, we are more than happy to work with you to correct the matter (return and / or a refund).
Because of our extremely low profit margins, we simply can not offer a "try it before you buy it" sales approach.
